Role & Key Responsibilities

- General affairs (e.g., office equipment procurement and maintenance, electromechanical equipment and facility maintenance)
- Application and reimbursement of various expenses
- Signing, submitting for review and renewal of various annual contracts (e.g., leases, printers, etc.)
- Compilation and maintenance of fixed assets and managed assets
- Annual fire safety inspections and building inspections
- Comparison and negotiation of procurement for various departments
- Outsourcing of security and cleaning services
- Assisting senior management in scheduling, travel and accommodation arrangements
- Tasks temporarily assigned by supervisors
