Administrative Specialist [Taipei – Taiwan]

Role & Key Responsibilities

    1. General affairs (e.g., office equipment procurement and maintenance, electromechanical equipment and facility maintenance)
    2. Application and reimbursement of various expenses
    3. Signing, submitting for review and renewal of various annual contracts (e.g., leases, printers, etc.)
    4. Compilation and maintenance of fixed assets and managed assets
    5. Annual fire safety inspections and building inspections
    6. Comparison and negotiation of procurement for various departments
    7. Outsourcing of security and cleaning services
    8. Assisting senior management in scheduling, travel and accommodation arrangements
    9. Tasks temporarily assigned by supervisors

Other Skills

1) Proactive, responsible, and possess excellent communication and coordination skills.

2) Must have team spirit.

3) Integrity and with no history of misconduct.
