- Design combat based on a third-person perspective
- Set the rules and fun of the game in battles and multiplayer games.
- According to the game objectives, interactive elements, and scene design, determine the most suitable combat design experience
- Define the combat system and required functions, and collaborate with other professionals to determine the production methods and processes required for combat.
- Guide the combat design team to ensure that the production results are consistent with the game goals, and assist team members in work planning and growth
Key Responsibilities

- Review the design documents of the combat design team to ensure the readability of the documents and allow different professionals to fully understand the design interests and goals
- Set the combat system and design direction to ensure that the combat team design is consistent with the game objectives
- Lead the combat design team and related professionals to ensure the efficiency and quality of the team members are in line with the game goals
- Provide guidance and education training to team members to enhance their abilities
- Review the production results to ensure their quality and playability.
- Review the design documents of the combat design team to ensure the readability of the documents and allow different professionals to fully understand the design interests and goals
Required Skills

- Worked as a combat designer for action games for over 5 years
- Once led the combat design of a project
- Experience in producing third-person, real-time 3D action combat games
- Experience in designing online battle games
- Understand the relationship between behavior status and action composition when making characters
- Good and effective communication skills
- Familiar with office software applications and have document management skills
- Proficient in Unity and Unreal engines
- Worked as a combat designer for action games for over 5 years
