Scope of responsibility

- Familiar with human body dynamics and possessing aesthetic sense for motion design creativity
- Have a certain amount of experience and mastery of the rhythm of the action
- Have relevant project experience in motion capture and face filling workflow
- Good cross-departmental and cross-functional communication skills
- Participated in the development of at least two “complete” games and have a certain understanding of action-related processes and tools
- Some familiarity with Unreal Engine
- A certain degree of stability in project time control
- Familiar with human body dynamics and possessing aesthetic sense for motion design creativity
Essential skills
-
- More than 5 years of experience in motion art, or those with personal original works for reference
- Experience in participating in and leading action art work, and experience in complete project development is a plus
- Good and effective communication skills
- Have one of the following:
- Understand and become familiar with Rigging
- Understand and be familiar with Python/mel script
- Mocap experience
- Good at sports
- Like performing arts
- More than 5 years of experience in motion art, or those with personal original works for reference
