Role

  • Responsible for the creation and delivery of high quality Lighting on Pc and console platform.
  • Understands the product art direction and translates it into efficient real-time lighting into the game.
  • Maintain visibility on the progress and accurately predicts and deliver to deadlines.
  • Oversees the quality and delivery of necessary elements.

  • Maintain homogeneity of game assets with other lighting artists.
  • Ensure technical and organizational compliance with defined standards.
  • Owns lighting, shader and post effects creation in his/her area.
  • Upholds the Art bible and technical documentation related to Lighting creation.

Required Skills:

  • At least 2 shipped titles as Lighting artist on pc or console and 1 as a Senior Lighting Artist
  • Very experienced with pc and console platform requirements.
  • Expert knowledge in Physically based Lighting setup
  • Written and verbal communication skills (English Chinese)
  • Expert knowledge in Max/Maya and photoshop
  • Experienced with engine optimization
  • High level of shader understanding
  • Expert knowledge of modern rendering engine.
  • Keen eye for cinematography and photography
  • Deep understanding of the physics of light.

Role

  • Responsible for the creation and delivery of high quality gameplay animation on a high end platform game
  • Reflects the guiding principle and art vision of the produce in animation look and feel
  • Maintain visibility on the progress and accurately predicts and deliver to deadlines

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain close collaboration with the design and code team, to ensure performance and playability of the animation
  • Makes sure the look and feel of the animation is in accordance with the product goals, and character guidelines
  • Delivers accurate estimates to project management, and delivers on time, with high quality
  • Maintain unity of game assets
  • Ensure technical and organizational compliance with defined standards

Required Skills

  • At least 2 shipped titles as Animator

  •  Can work independently and potentially provide guidance for other team members
  • Maintains coordination with the other leads of the team

Key Responsibility:

  • Maintains close collaboration with the design and code team to ensure compliance with design choices and technical performance
  • Delivers to the highest standards of VFX quality on mobile
  • Provides accurate estimates to project management and owns the delivery on time and quality

Role

  • Responsible for the definition of the vision and creation of high-quality game art content on pc and high-end console platforms.
  • Provides guidance and feedback for all artists within the team and is heading the art production within the project.
  • Promotes, evangelizes and supports the game vision to the team and stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Delivers to the highest standards in entertainment experience.

Key Responsibility

  • Defines the vision in accordance with needs of the product and ensures its delivery on time and on quality.
  • Manages and grows his team upholding the highest managerial standards.
  • Evangelizes the game vision in the team and throughout the company.
  • Reports to game director and independently manages challenges and mitigation strategies/Validates with the subject matter leads the outsourced assets.
  • Is responsible for the final visual quality of the final product.
  • Oversees the delivery of assets across multiple development sites.

Skills & Requirements (required)

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing.
  • Can present his vision using an ad-hoc medium to team and executives.
  •  Able to articulate a high-level concept and extrapolate the low-level ruleset to deploy it.
  •  Deep understanding of art theory applied to composition, animation and lighting.
  • Experience with multiple game engines.
  •  At least 2 shipped titles as art director preferably with at least 1 on the last generation of console
  •  Extensive experience in Terrain creation and high-end characters.
  •  Fluent in English
